AERISE operates primarily within Brisbane City and Redland City.

Do I need any property experience?

No prior experience is required. AERISE manages the development from the initial property acquisition, through the development approval process, construction and end sales.

What is the minimum amount of cash required to get involved in a project?

Do I need to be able to fund an entire project myself?

No, AERISE is able to bring all the required people and elements together to facilitate successful developments.
